Return and Exchange Policy

Introduction: At Femin, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience and delivering products that meet the highest global quality standards. Prioritizing your health and safety, and in compliance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

Returns and Exchanges for Underwear: Due to the intimate nature of our products (underwear and intimates), and for strict health and hygiene reasons, we sincerely apologize that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any underwear products once purchased, even if they remain in their original condition.

Exceptional Cases (Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors): Customers are eligible for a return or exchange only in the following scenarios:

  1. Receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.

  2. Receiving a product different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size or color dispatched by our team).

Conditions for Exceptional Cases:

  • The issue must be reported to us within (48 hours) of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • If a manufacturing defect or dispatch error is confirmed, Femin will cover all shipping and return costs.
